Ok so first I want to apologize to my friends and family who read this because I am SO behind!! I promise to do better!! I have so many great things to share! So lets see where to start...?? Ill start with today and work my way back!
Today
Today was a very exciting day for me. I guess you could say I got a second internship haha As if I wasn't busy enough huh?? Well all this started last Friday. I was walking down the street to grab some lunch and this lady stops me and says "Where did you get your purse??" I told her is was a sample I got from the Cali Market Center...I then said I love it its a great purse and she says in response..."I know...I made it" So at this point im like gawking at her haha I said so when you mean you made it you mean...she says I designed it from the ground up...fabric, colors. sketches, hardware, etc. SO long story short she begins asking me where and if I go to school, my skills, etc. etc. THEN she says Id love to work with you and Id love for you to come by and look at some things Im about to send to China (ME ME she wants ME to come look at her stuff...what is going on haha) So I say yes of course and we agree to meet today...she hugs me and kisses me good bye saying "We are going to make things together"....So flash forward to today. I go meet with her...she offers me to work with her...I say yes...BAM I have another internship...haha im So excited...she sales to Macy's, BCBG, Anthropologie, Nordstrom, and the list goes on and on...and I get to not only see how she does it all but help her with her next line!! AMAZING!! SO as if my day couldn't have gotten any better my boss from my other internship calls me and says he is going to a Project Runway Fashion Show (YES the t.v. show) on Friday and asks if I wanted to go...DUHH I want to go!! EEEEKK sooo excited
Lets see...what else has happened...I spent the day in Carpenteria on Tuesday. Its a beautiful beach close to the house. It was supposed to be just a nice quiet day but it turned out alot diffrent! I started the day off with a nose bleed...while helping cut signs out for a childrens bible study my aunt does haha after that we made it to the beach and had lunch and then walked on the beach where I ended up with soaking wet...freezing feet because those waves come in reeaalll fast haha then we went to the fabric store...enough said...and lastly we stopped for espresso...which I have never had. Im not much of the coffee kind of girl but my aunt talked me into a chery bomb and let me tell ya I was chatty Cathey after all that haha it makes you just want to talk or dance or run or something! So that was my day in Carpenteria...Ill add a beach picture!

Ok so this I know is the most random picture but its my new contact case...I think its so cool...I dont think we have these in Arkansas, things are much cooler in California!
Somthing else fun coming up this week is March Madness! We all get together and each have a basketball bracket of how we think teams will do and we can win money! SO fun! Football is more my thing but im excited to try this and see how I do!
